Open Game Art is a database of art resources for video games (images, vectors, 2D, 3D, sound ...) that can be downloaded with free license.
Search for images and content with Creative Commons licenses

This search engine searches the search engines filter content to show only the most important results of content licensed by Creative Commons.
Remember that Creative Commons licenses are formed from a combination of these aspects according to the permissions assigned to the author wants his work:
- Recognition (Attribution): In any exploitation of the work authorized by the license must acknowledge the authorship.
- Noncommercial (Non commercial) exploitation of the work is limited to noncommercial uses.
- No derivative works (not Derivate Works): The authorization to exploit the work does not include the transformation to create a derivative work.
- Share Alike (Share Alike): Exploitation includes the unauthorized creation of derivative works as long as they keep the same license to be disclosed.
The Attribution-Share Alike (by-sa), is equivalent to the free software license, any use allowed while recognizing the responsibility and share the work with the same license.
But we must take into account that not all Creative Commons licenses are so permissive. If we seek content to make commercial use or derivative works, the search engine should mark the boxes use for "commercial purposes" and / or "modify, Adapt, or build upon," so that the filter also acts on content that does not allow such actions.
It should be emphasized that the search provides no guarantees, and that we should always verify the license of the image on your page of origin or by contacting the author.

Internet Archive is a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco (California, USA), who was born with the idea to archive the files of web pages that were gone, to preserve the memory of the internet. It is impressive to see how many old sites that have been filed with the Wayback Machine.
In addition to the archive sites also have software files, text, music, videos and movies that have become public domain or are published under Creative Commons license, free distribution, display, download or use.
They also have a section where users can upload and publish your video files, audio, text ... Personally I have decided to publish this option to videos instead of doing it on youtube or vimeo for several reasons (and despite the edges of the web interface aesthetics fairly commercial):
